You are currently viewing Perfect dressage stallion: ROM

Two days of stallion licensing in Hanover and we have an absolute highlight to announce: ROM will be standing at stud with us next breeding season! This dressage stallion by Revolution x Donnerschwee x Lancer II has absolutely thrilled and convinced me. This Hanoverian premium stallion from this year’s licensing has everything that makes an exceptional dressage stallion: fantastic type, elegant with long legs, and with just the right touch of Thoroughbred blood. Standing at 1.70 meters tall, he has a modern dark chestnut coat and a stunning face. He is very supple and impressive in the forelegs, maximally active and powerful in the hindquarters, and possesses a dynamism that makes his entire body appear to float. Rom, bred by the Wencek breeding partnership and owned by Susanne Durrer, also has very successful relatives: His half-brother Sole Mio won the Championship for Young Dressage Horses in the USA.
Revolution’s sire was himself a premium stallion at the 2015 Hanoverian licensing, won the World Championship for Young Dressage Horses as a five-year-old, and was the winner of his stallion performance test with no fewer than seven perfect scores of 10! His dam’s sire, Donnerschwee, is a direct son of the world-renowned sire Donnerhall and quickly rose to prominence as both a top athlete and sire.
I am delighted that we can expand our stallion roster with this perfect dressage stallion. Welcome to our stallion station, Rom!

Our next stop with the stallions is the licensing in Redefin; we’re taking three stallions there. Then comes Oldenburg, where we’ll be represented by five stallions.
