The season couldn’t have started better for Don Diarado and Maurice. After successfully concluding the 2020 season in December with the title of German Vice Champions, they seamlessly continued their consistently strong performances. In Opglabbeek, Belgium, Doni and Maurice won the LR main jumping competition on Friday after a fast jump-off. They fared almost as well in the Grand Prix, narrowly missing out on first place to Brazilian Marlon Zanotelli and finishing in a fantastic second place.
But the two youngsters Chacco’s Light (Chacco’s Son x Light On) and Obelix de Guldenboom, as well as Chacco’s Son, also had fantastic rounds. We are delighted that the horses are in such good shape and are now eagerly looking forward to the first Global Champions Tour leg in Doha, where Maurice will be traveling with his two stallions Chacco’s Son and Don Diarado.
