From the German Championships to the World Championships in Lanaken, where he finished fifth, to important international tournaments such as his place at the 2012 Aachen Grand Prix. His convincing rounds at the CSIO in St. Gallen, where he finished fifth in the Grand Prix (5-star), led national coach Otto Becker to include him in the shortlist of the top eight for the 2012 London Olympic Games. In the 2015/16 season, he served as an experienced mentor and trainer for Maurice Tebbel at the international level.

Light On OLD has sired nine licensed sons, some of whom have been awarded champion and premium stallions. His foal crops include premium foals, promising colts, and participants in the German Foal Championship in Lienen. Numerous registered broodmares and state premium mares are highly sought after for the pedigrees of future performance horses.

The dam Love Girl, by Landadel-Frühlingstraum II, produced outstanding offspring in show jumping. The State Premium mare Libra by Lordanos, internationally successful up to S level, the State Premium mare Lordania by Lordanos, also successful up to S level, and the internationally successful State Premium mare Landliebe by Pilox, along with Light On OLD, are among the mare's most exemplary offspring.

Furthermore, this mare is the dam of Latona v. Leubus, Good Man v. Good Luck, and Georgino v. Gervantus I, all successful show jumpers at the S level. Seven offspring with successes up to the S level and two licensed sons – a dream record for a broodmare. Light on OLD combines the bloodlines of Lord - Ahorn Z - Landgraf I and Frühlingstraum II in his pedigree. Through Ladykiller xx, he receives the necessary dose of noble blood on both his sire's and dam's sides.
