This year we presented nine stallions for licensing, and eight were accepted. That’s a very good result. However, I must also say that we were very selective beforehand. The one that wasn’t accepted really didn’t have a good day at the presentation and didn’t jump nearly as well as he’s capable of. So everything is absolutely fine.
Justine was at the show in Herning – Light Star jumped very well. In the final on Sunday, he was clear in both the first round and the jump-off, and the pair finished in a respectable seventh place. The seven-year-old Holsteiner mare Cosmic Angel by Canstakko also had a nice clear round. All very well!
Maurice’s next show is in Oldenburg, and otherwise, our focus is naturally back on the stallions. On Thursday, we start in Verden with the triangular track and lunging; we’ll be there with Like Angel x Stakkato Gold.
