Don Diarado

Profile:

Don Diarado has returned to our stallion station after his sporting career and is now available to our breeders as fresh semen.
Don Diarado and Maurice Tebbel have established themselves among the international elite during their shared sporting career. 2021 was an outstanding year for Maurice and Don Diarado, with victories in the Grand Prix in Hagen, Opglabeek, and the 5* Nations Cup in Sopot. They also achieved second place in the Grand Prix in Mannheim and the 5* Nations Cup in St. Gallen, third place in the 5* Grand Prix of the Global Champions Tour in Samorin, as well as numerous other clear rounds and top-five finishes at the 5* level. Don Diarado also achieved the best German team result at the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Overall, Don Diarado completed 24 out of 29 clear rounds at this level in the 2021 season. Furthermore, Maurice and Don Diarado became German Vice Champions in 2020 and won the bronze medal in the team competition at the 2018 World Championships in Tryon.
During his 30-day test in Redefin, he achieved the maximum score of 10.00 in free jumping and a score of 9.75 in the jumping facility.
But his offspring are equally impressive – Don Diarado
sired numerous licensed sons, including the champion stallion Don Tryon at the 2018 OS licensing and the second reserve champion of 2019, who fetched the top price at the subsequent auction. In 2021, he produced another outstanding champion stallion, Don de Amor, at the 31st Mecklenburg licensing. His offspring are also very successful in sport. Among them is Dia Light, who, ridden by McLain Ward, is successfully jumping up to 1.60 m in the USA as "First Lady".
His offspring are characterized by powerful movements, long legs, and an elegant build. At foal shows, these foals are usually among the top horses.
His pedigree includes world-renowned sires of international show jumping breeding, among them Diamant de Semilly, Corrado I, Contender, and Lord Ramiro. His dam's sire, Lord Lancer, is also internationally successful. Several state premium mares and numerous auction horses come from his dam line.
