Last weekend we were guests at the beautiful Kasselmann family’s facility for the Horses and Dreams meets Sweden event in Hagen aTW.
The 9-year-old Chacco’s Light, son of Chacco’s Son I x Light On OLD, triumphed in his first 1.60m Grand Prix. He immediately placed 5th in the very demanding course under Maurice Tebbel, after a very fast jump-off. He has been carefully and patiently trained over the past few years and prepared for top-level competition. It is all the more wonderful to see this exceptional stallion now competing with such joy and ease in the challenging show jumping classes.
In the 2* Grand Prix, Glassgo du Beaupre and Justine held their own, finishing in 10th place with a fantastic clear round. Another Grand Prix debut saw the only 8-year-old Quasi Top make his mark, once again demonstrating his quality under Maurice.
There were already other great rounds and placings in the days before, in which, for example, the 8-year-old Con Corazon was able to place in his first 1.45m and the 7-year-old Kenzo in the 1.40m.
